Information you choose to provide

You may choose to provide your name, email address, the subject of your question, and a message. The contact form sends these details through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, to the Compassion Navigator inbox. Web3Forms may process and store form submissions under its own privacy practices; the site does not store them in a Compassion Navigator website database. You can also contact us through your own email application using the email link.

Please do not send medical records, insurance information, detailed clinical information, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or urgent safety information through the Contact page or ordinary email.

Information handled automatically

Like most hosted websites, the site’s hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and diagnostic or security logs. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems.

Compassion Navigator uses Google Analytics to understand general website use and improve pages. Analytics may collect information such as the page visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions with important links. The site also measures clicks on contact, Grief GPS, gift consultation, download, Printify, and Amazon links. Compassion Navigator does not use this information to provide clinical care or make automated decisions about visitors.
